Seem to be an improvement in energy levels
Feel I have more energy than normal so that's a bonus and also seem to be sleeping better too. They are quite sweet but the taste is good with no after taste.

Two gummies in the morning works for most people — with or without food.
Yes. Night-Time uses a smaller 50 mg dose of ashwagandha and the two are designed to sit alongside each other. On prescription medication, check with your GP first.
Two gummies people most often add to this one. Any second jar takes 10% off the whole basket — a third takes it to 15%.

Ashwagandha gummies have become one of the most searched supplements in Britain, and the quality gap between products is wide. Plenty of them contain a token amount of unstandardised root powder.
Vitgem uses 2500 mg of KSM-66 ashwagandha across a two-gummy daily serving, alongside 1000 mg of Lion's Mane mushroom, 1000 mg of ginkgo biloba, magnesium, vitamin B6 and vitamin B12. A bottle holds 60 gummies — a month at around 46p a day. Sugar-free, vegan, and made in the UK to GMP standards.
Six actives, printed on the label and repeated here per daily serving:
What isn't in them: no sugar — they are sweetened with maltitol — no gelatin, because the base is pectin, and no token dusting of unstandardised root powder. The authorised claims on this product belong to its vitamins and minerals; the botanicals are described by dose, not promised as outcomes.
KSM-66 is a branded ashwagandha extract, and the branding is doing real work. It is drawn from the root only — not the leaf, which is cheaper to harvest and chemically different — and it is standardised to a consistent level of withanolides, the compounds used to characterise Withania somnifera.
Standardisation is the reason it matters. An unstandardised root powder can vary batch to batch depending on where it grew and how it was processed, so the number on the label tells you the weight of the powder and nothing about what is in it. A standardised extract is specified, so 2500 mg means the same thing every time you open a new bottle.
Here is the honest position, and it is not the one most brands give you. Ashwagandha is a botanical, and botanicals do not currently hold authorised health claims in Great Britain — their applications are on hold while they are assessed. So no UK company can lawfully tell you what ashwagandha will do for you, and any that does is stepping outside the rules.
What we can tell you is what the formula contains and which nutrients carry authorised claims. Vitamin B6 contributes to normal psychological function, to the regulation of hormonal activity and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Vitamin B12 contributes to normal psychological function, to normal energy-yielding metabolism and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
Ashwagandha itself has been used in Ayurvedic practice for centuries and is among the most researched botanicals in modern supplement science. We include it at a meaningful, standardised dose and let you read the evidence yourself — our guide to ashwagandha in the UK sets out what the research actually covers and what the rules let anyone claim.
Botanical formulas are not fast-acting, and anything promising an immediate effect should make you suspicious. Most of the clinical work on ashwagandha runs over eight to twelve weeks of continuous daily use, so give any honest assessment at least that long. The trial timelines are set out in how long ashwagandha takes to work.
Take both gummies in the morning or early afternoon rather than the evening — this is a daytime formula, and our Night-Time gummies are the ones built for bedtime. If it is the evening you are trying to fix, the sleep research on ashwagandha is the place to start. Take them daily rather than only on demanding days; consistency is what the research protocols are built on.
If you have used ashwagandha capsules or loose powder before, the practical difference is adherence rather than chemistry. Powder has a strongly bitter, earthy taste that most people stop tolerating within a couple of weeks, and capsules get skipped on the days you are out of the house. A chewable that tastes of berry and needs no water is easier to keep up for the eight to twelve weeks that actually matter. The extract inside is the same standardised KSM-66.
Ashwagandha is not right for everyone, and a supplement page that pretends otherwise is not being straight with you.
Do not take it if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Speak to your doctor first if you have a thyroid condition, an autoimmune condition, or if you take medication for blood pressure, blood sugar, thyroid function or sedation — ashwagandha may interact with several of these. The same applies before any planned surgery. Rare cases of liver injury have been reported with ashwagandha supplements, so stop taking it and seek medical advice if you notice yellowing of the skin or eyes, unusual tiredness or abdominal pain.
For adults over 18 only. Do not exceed two gummies a day.
