1. About These Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Vitgem website (vitgem.co.uk) and any purchases you make from us. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from our website. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Products

Our products are food supplements intended for adults. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.

We make every effort to display product colours and images accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your device's display will reflect the actual product exactly.

4. Placing an Order

  • All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT at 20%.
  • An order is a binding contract once you receive our order confirmation email.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including stock availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.
  • If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund.

5. Pricing and Payment

  • We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay via Shopify Payments.
  • Payment is taken at the time of purchase.
  • If you are on a Subscribe & Save plan, your payment method will be charged automatically at each renewal interval (see Section 7).

6. Delivery

  • We deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only.
  • Delivery is free on all orders.
  • Orders are dispatched via Royal Mail and typically arrive within 2–5 working days.
  • Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail or circumstances beyond our control.
  • Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.

7. Subscribe & Save

Our Subscribe & Save service allows you to receive regular deliveries at a discounted price.

  • Subscriptions renew automatically at the frequency you select (e.g. every 30 days or every 60 days).
  • You may pause, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account or emailing hello@vitgem.co.uk.
  • Cancellations take effect before the next billing date. If you cancel after being charged, that order will still be fulfilled.
  • We may change subscription pricing with 14 days' written notice. You may cancel before the new price takes effect.

8. Your Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason.

To cancel, email hello@vitgem.co.uk with your order number. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods to us.

9. Returns and Refunds

  • We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of delivery.
  • To be eligible for a return, products must be unopened and in their original packaging.
  • The cost of return postage is the responsibility of the customer.
  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5–10 working days to your original payment method.
  • If a product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours at hello@vitgem.co.uk with photos. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.

10. Your Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If a product is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund regardless of the conditions above.

11. Multi-Buy Discounts

  • Buy 2 — save 10%
  • Buy 3 — save 15%

Discounts are applied automatically at checkout and cannot be combined with other promotional codes unless stated otherwise.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is owned by Vitgem Ltd and protected by UK intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.

13. Limitation of Liability

  • Our total liability for any claim arising from your purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product.
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
