Great,These have a really nice strawberry flavour.The flavour is nice but also the texture is very close to gummy sweets.I've found that they work really well if taken at least 30 mins before bed and they really help with drifting off to sleep quickly.I've not found that they help with staying asleep all night and I have still been waking up but drifting off they work very well.

Genuinely some of the best sleep gummies I've taken. Genuinely can't keep my eyes open after about 40 minutes. And I have the best sleep everytime! Taste really nice too.

FYI my husband has difficulty getting to sleep then staying asleep - he worked shifts for many years and it's taken its toll.My husband has tried many different methods of improving his sleep quality - massage, warm milky drinks, quiet calm, digital withdrawal before bedtime, blue light reduction, pillow mists, warm bedroom, cool bedroom, blackout curtains - they all help to a greater or lesser extent but the most impactful for him have been night-time sleep gummies.He's used Vitgem gummies before, these are a different flavour and a slightly different formulation - the main difference is the magnesium content - but I fully expect them to work as well as his usual gummies.The gummies are small, squishy, look a lot like fruit gum sweets and smell deliciously fruity - there's a strong aroma of red berry fruits, yummy.It's good that they are vegan, gluten and lactose free with no artificial colours (colour is from carrot and blackcurrant) and flavouring is 'natural berry' - I can't see any artificial ingredients at all on the label. All good.Dosage is one gummy per day before bedtime and there are 60 gummies per bottle so two months supply which I think is long enough for most users to decide if they work or not and after all, what price good sleep? If my husband gets a good nights sleep then so do I. Win, win.At £15.99 for two months supply (as at 27 February 2026) I think these are good value and definitely worth trying.

These gummies arrived in a sealed jar with details clearly printed.They offer a selection of benefits but I got them for the ashwagandha to help with my mood and for the lions mane to help with my focus and brain fog that can affect ladies of a certain age.The gummies taste nice and have no nasty aftertaste.It's too early to say if they deliver on their promises but I'm willing to stick at it.

This container is enough for a month, with 60 gummies, which are recommended to be consumed daily, two at a time. At first taste, I would have said that they are a little too fragrant for me, you can really feel the fruity aroma, but somewhere behind it remains a too artificial taste, at least from my point of view.Also, for those who do not consume sweets or sugar, these gummies might seem quite sweet, in fact they are really sweet, but reading the ingredients, these are really sugar free and only the Maltitol liquid was used for sweetening, which is a sugar alcohol, a chemical compound, but with fewer calories. The dragees are easy to chew, they do not stick to the teeth, and give me the feeling of a small sweet treat, especially since I am on a low calories diet now, I feel the aroma fully and I enjoy each one.After a week of daily consumption I can notice a different tone, I wake up before the alarm goes off, it does not take me so long to wake up from bed, and I have good energy throughout the day. What makes me even happier is that I can control my emotions better, I don't know if it's an induced state, but I used to be very stressed at work, that would tire me out terribly and I would wake up wanting to fall asleep right away rather than go to that place again.Overall, I really recommend the experience to other people, it works for me, with this occasion I no longer take separately five types of supplements and vitamins because these gummies include everything I needed. My husband has trouble getting to sleep and staying asleep - years of shiftwork have left him with disrupted sleep patterns. We've tried many different solutions and all work to some extent but this is the first time in years my husband got seven hours sleep in one stretch and said he actually felt relaxed and refreshed after sleep. They smell a lot like warm blueberry muffins, which is never a bad thing, and my husband declared them 'fruity and chewy' - it's always nice when something tastes pleasant and not 'good for you'. The ingredients include magnesium, lemon balm, valerian, passionflower and chamomile - these are all ingredients we've had success with before. The gummies also contain ashwagandha which seems to be everywhere at the moment. They're Vegan friendly and sugar free though the bottle does warn that 'consumption in excessive amounts may have a laxative effect' - you have been warned! Since they look and taste so much like fruit gum sweets we'll be keeping these out of the way of inquisitive little hands.The suggested dosage is one or two gummies before bedtime, my husband used one and that's what he'll stick to unless he feels the need for an extra one.At £17.99 for a bottle of 60 (as at 2 March 2025) these will last between one and two months depending on the dosage used which doesn't seem excessive to me for a refreshing night's sleep. Worth considering.

These Vitamin D3 gummies are good quality and they don't stick tightly together. The orange flavour is tasty and not overly sweet. I like the high strength 4000IU dose which is perfect for winter consumption. It is priced at £14.39 at the time of review, and cheaper with a 10% promo code, which I think is reasonable considering the taste and quality. I would recommend it to anyone looking an alternative to tablets.

If nothing, they taste amazing, honestly; a nice, fruity orange taste. In terms of actual supplements, it does offer a lot of benefits, and I would always advise doing your homework and checking if this is for you.

The bottle is very nicely and securely sealed with a seal. I like to receive my medication and supplements and vitamins sealed due to security and hygiene reasons.The gummies are so cute and small which looks adorable. The taste is very nice just like oranges gummy and is not tangy at all, they have a orange taste. I used to buy vit d tablets but never took them because forgot to take them or was just too lazy to get some water and take it. However these gummies are the best thing in the world. I have placed the bottle on my night table and just take it before bed. I have never forgotten to take my vit d anymore because these are so easy to take and tasty at the same time. They are so soft and chewy and smell like a tasty orange .Definitely will keep taking them and recommend everyone

These gummies are almost too delicious. The orange flavour reminds me of that of a well known fruit gum. Important then to keep well away from children as the recommended dose is just one per day. What a great way to actually enjoy that which we hope to get from sufficient sun exposure to form our vitamin D and strengthen our bones etc. These seem expensive but are worth it. If you do not swallow tablets easily or have children who refuse to take anything resembling medicine, then this is a great way to manage that, in our country where we have insufficient levels of sunshine for most of the year. I definitely recommend these gummies!!Added note: This bottle of gummies has a child proof bottle. The cap needs pressing down to turn. A little tap of the bottle on your work surface will loosen any gummies which may have clumped together although they are not sticky at all.
