Where Do We Deliver?

We currently deliver to all addresses within the United Kingdom only.

How Much Does Delivery Cost?

• Orders under £20: £2.49 standard delivery by Royal Mail Tracked 48.
• Orders of £20 or more: free UK delivery.
• Subscribe & Save: every subscription order ships free, whatever the basket total. The free delivery is applied automatically at checkout.

How Long Does Delivery Take?

All orders are sent by Royal Mail Tracked 48, which aims to deliver within 2 working days of dispatch.

• Orders placed by 8am on a working day (Monday–Friday, excluding bank holidays) are dispatched the same day.
• Orders placed after 8am, at weekends or on bank holidays are dispatched the next working day.

Please note: delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Royal Mail sets no delivery target for some remote postcodes, and delays may occasionally occur due to Royal Mail or circumstances beyond our control (e.g. severe weather, industrial action).

Tracking Information

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your delivery.

What if My Order Hasn't Arrived?

If your order has not arrived within 10 working days, please contact us at hello@vitgem.co.uk with your order number and we will investigate.

Subscription Deliveries

Subscribe & Save orders are dispatched automatically at your chosen frequency (e.g. every 30 or 60 days). Every subscription order — the first and each renewal — ships free, with the same dispatch times as above.
