Where Do We Deliver?
We currently deliver to all addresses within the United Kingdom only.
How Much Does Delivery Cost?
Delivery is completely free on all orders. No minimum spend required.
How Long Does Delivery Take?
All orders are dispatched via Royal Mail. You can expect your order to arrive within 2–5 working days from the date of dispatch.
- Orders placed before 2pm (Monday–Friday) are typically dispatched the same day.
- Orders placed after 2pm, on weekends, or on bank holidays will be dispatched the next working day.
Please note: delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occasionally occur due to Royal Mail or circumstances beyond our control (e.g. severe weather, industrial action).
Tracking Information
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your delivery.
What if My Order Hasn't Arrived?
If your order has not arrived within 10 working days, please contact us at hello@vitgem.co.uk with your order number and we will investigate.
Subscription Deliveries
Subscribe & Save orders are dispatched automatically at your chosen frequency (e.g. every 30 or 60 days). The same free delivery and dispatch times apply to all subscription renewals.
