How much does a subscription actually save me?
15% off every delivery, and delivery itself is free whatever the basket total — so it's 15% off the jar plus the £2.49 you'd otherwise pay for standard delivery under £20. The table above shows the saving jar by jar.
Can I choose how often it arrives?
Yes — monthly or every 2 months, on every formula. Both cadences carry the same 15%, so pick by how fast you get through a jar rather than by the discount. Night-Time is 60 gummies at one a day, so most people set that one to every 2 months.
Am I locked in?
No. There's no minimum number of deliveries and no cancellation fee. Skip a delivery, change the date, swap the formula or cancel outright from your account — it takes one click and takes effect straight away.
Does the subscription discount stack with the multi-buy offer?
No — they're two separate offers and the basket applies whichever saves you more. Subscribe & Save is 15% off plus free delivery; buying one-off, any two jars take 10% and three or more take 15%.
When am I charged, and will you warn me?
You're charged when each delivery is prepared, on the cadence you chose. We email you before every renewal so there's time to skip it, move it or change what's in it.
Can I subscribe to more than one formula at a time?
Yes. Each formula is its own subscription with its own cadence, so a 30-day jar can run monthly while a 60-day one runs every 2 months. They arrive on their own schedules and each is skipped, moved or cancelled independently — and every one of them ships free.
