Cancellation policy

Some products in our store are available as a subscription through our Subscribe & Save programme. This cancellation policy explains how you can change or cancel these purchases.

Subscriptions (Subscribe & Save)

When you purchase a subscription, you will receive repeat deliveries of your chosen gummy vitamins at regular intervals. Deliveries are based on the frequency you select at checkout (e.g. every 30 days or every 60 days).

Your payment details are stored securely and you will be charged automatically before each delivery is dispatched.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle until you cancel.

How to cancel or change your subscription

You can cancel, pause, skip a delivery, or change your subscription at any time — no minimum commitment, no cancellation fees. To manage your subscription:

  1. Click the link in any of your order confirmation or shipping emails to access your account
  2. Go to Manage Subscriptions
  3. From there you can:
    • Skip your next delivery
    • Change delivery frequency
    • Swap products
    • Update your delivery address or payment method
    • Cancel your subscription

If you cancel before your next billing date, you will not be charged again. Any deliveries already dispatched cannot be cancelled but may be returned under our Returns Policy.
